<click here>. If you don’t have Microsoft Excel installed in your system, you can download for free the
<Excel viewer 2003>, then you’ll be able to print the form, fill it and send it to our fax number.
If you already have the Microsoft Excel, fill the quantity of products you wish to order, save the document in your computer using the File > Save as> tool. Assign it a new filename and send it by mail as an attachment.
